Dishwasher

• Looking for a helper that can work at least 35 to 40+ hours a week
• Performs any combination of duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and counter tops.
• Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand.
• Washes and peels vegetables and seafood, using knife.
• Be able to grill and steam seafoods.
• Organize supplies and food in storage area.
• Assists chef in order for smooth operation.
• Maintains good attitude under pressure.
• Be able to smile in front of guests.
