Job Details

Position – Store Leader

Reports to – Operations Team

Salaried - $45,000

Position description:

This position is broken down to 25% administrative duties and 75% leadership. This position oversees all aspects of a single store with a focus on maintaining operational excellence as well as exceptional guest and employee experience. As a store leader, you are responsible for the overall leadership, development, and coaching of the store team, as well as making sure company cultural standards are always at the heart of the management process. Additionally, you will be responsible for store audits, sales goals, repair and maintenance, hiring and terminations, and all reporting.


  1. Leadership & Building the team
    1. Employee education
    2. Attend all management related company meetings
    3. Contribute to Store Leader development program on a weekly basis
    4. Setting the standard and leading by example
    5. Schedule 1 on 1’s with staff
    6. Present and organize quarterly staff meeting
    7. Training and coaching of the staff
    8. Employee interaction, managing staff and maintaining consistency in service
    9. Communication
    10. Performance reviews and coaching
  2. Operations
    1. Follow all procedures and policies
    2. Execute all positions; register and food prep line
    3. Being aware of product levels; not running out of prepped product or un-prepped product
    4. Track and order all supplies necessary for operations; equipment and utensil maintenance
    5. Quality control; only using the best product at all times
    6. Organize and execute catering orders
    7. Proper product handling (having proper health sanitation knowledge)
    8. Paperwork  
      1. Daily Paperwork and weekly paperwork
      2. Opening shifts, closing shifts and filing all paperwork according to procedures
      3. Cash handling
    9. Problem solving

  1. Food
    1. Weekly inventory
    2. Food prep calculations and physical food prep
    3. Food order placing
    4. Food analysis, usage and cost of goods sold (food cost)

  1. Labor/Payroll
    1. Labor tracking; monitor sales to determine proper staffing levels
    2. HR
      1. Interview process and Hiring
      2. Firing, evaluation process
      3. HR paperwork filing/reporting
      4. Give raises based on performance


Hourly time commitment for Store Leaders is 50 hours per week, divided up into 10 hour daily shifts, 5 days a week. However, additional time may be required and shifts may need to be divided up differently based on necessity.
