We’re hiring a Floor Manager who thrives on energy, pace, and leading from the front.

Run the Show

• Act as Manager on Duty

• Keep service flowing smoothly and confidently

• Read the room, adjust pacing, and jump in where needed

• Solve guest issues on the spot with warmth and authority

• Keep standards tight and the vibe welcoming

Lead the Team

• Coach in real time

• Lead sharp, informative and upbeat pre-shifts

• Hold the line on sidework and closing

• Keep communication strong between FOH and BOH

Protect the Experience

• Keep an eye on VIPs and regulars

• Handle comps and service recovery with care

• Make sure every guest feels looked after

• Love being on the floor more than behind a desk

• Stay calm when it’s busy (and maybe even enjoy it)

• Communicate clearly and confidently

• Take pride in running a tight, joyful service

• Can work nights, weekends, and holidays

Food handler and responsible alcohol certifications required (or ability to obtain).
