As the barista, you will skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency. With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. You'll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked. 

 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES: 

• Always treats guests with courtesy and respect in a variety of situations. 

• Displays honesty & integrity. 

• Is an inspirational example able to motivate team members to be consistently engaged in serving. others, always looking for that opportunity. 

SPECIFIC DUTIES: 

• Greeting guests with a smile, and a positive and kind attitude. 

• Providing knowledgeable customer service that educates guests about our menu. 

• Prepare customers’ orders as requested accurately and efficiently. 

• Ring guest check correctly. Close the check to the proper method of payment, (i.e., cash, credit card or house charge). 

• Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area. 

• Performing opening and closing duties, as needed. 

• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality. 

• Assisting with storage, stocking, and maintenance of all products. 

REQUIREMENTS:  

• Experience in café or restaurant costumer service environment. 

• Knowledgeable operating a keyboard and Point of Sale procedures. 

SALARY:

$17.00/hour
