General Manager

Hudson Street Hospitality is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead all aspects of operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in high-volume, hospitality-driven environments and a passion for building high-performing teams.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial performance, guest experience, and staff development. The General Manager will work closely with ownership and department heads to drive revenue, control costs, maintain brand standards, and ensure operational excellence across all service periods.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing modern restaurant systems, reporting platforms, scheduling software, and inventory tools. Budgeting, labor management, cost controls, and P&L oversight is required.
