We’re looking for a chef or culinary professional with experience in peri peri chicken (or similar flame-grilled chicken concepts) to help us develop an authentic, high-quality recipe from start to finish.
This is a project-based role focused specifically on product development.
What we need help with:

Developing and refining peri peri marinades and sauces

Testing flavor profiles (heat levels, balance, authenticity)

Optimizing for consistency and scalability

Advising on cooking method (grill, oven, open flame, etc.)

Ingredient sourcing guidance
Ideal background:

Experience working with peri peri (Portuguese or Southern African style)

OR experience in grilled chicken concepts (e.g., Nando’s-style)

Strong understanding of marinades, spice balance, and protein cookery

This project has the potential to grow into something much bigger. While we are currently focused on recipe development, our long-term vision is to build a scalable concept in the U.S. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to stay involved full-time, beyond this initial phase.
