Qualifications:
- Experienced in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Food handler certification, strongly preferred
- Ability to work 8+ hour shifts
- Previous experience working as line cook
Responsibilities:
- Work prep, and all stations (Fryer and Grill stations)
- Clean kitchen every day and assist on deep cleaning days
- Maintain clean work area and follow department of health standards
- Work with staff members on getting orders out in a timely manner with excellent quality
