Assistant General Manager
We are seeking a responsible, personable, and operationally strong Assistant General Manager with proven experience in wine and beverage programs, floor management, and staff scheduling. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, a strong understanding of service standards, and the ability to support daily operations while maintaining a positive guest experience.
Candidates must demonstrate prior experience managing beverage programs, including wine knowledge, inventory control, vendor relationships, and cost management. Strong floor presence is essential — the AGM will actively manage service flow, support staff performance, resolve guest concerns, and uphold quality standards during peak hours.
This role requires demonstrated experience building, leading, and developing teams from diverse and multicultural backgrounds. We value cultural awareness, inclusive leadership, and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment across different communication styles and perspectives.
The Assistant General Manager will also be responsible for staff scheduling, labor cost oversight, performance coaching, and assisting with financial accountability. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset are required.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($85,000.00 - $110,000.00)
