We’re hiring a prep cook who understands that the work before service is the work.

At Rolf, prep builds the restaurant. Pasta is made by hand. Vegetables are broken down with intention. Stocks and sauces start from scratch. Deliveries are received and checked with care. Systems stay tight so service can stay focused.

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and organizing product

• Pasta production (extruded, sheeted and hand shaped)

• Vegetable fabrication

• Stock and sauce production

• Maintaining clean, organized stations

• Supporting and learning from our full time butcher

We’re looking for someone who:

• Cares about details

• Works clean and stays organized

• Values consistency

• Shows up ready

Experience helps. Discipline and curiosity matter more.

When joining the team at the Rolf and Daughters, you become part of a small, tight‐knit family that gives the best we have to offer our guests and each other. We take off ALL major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve + Christmas, Labor Day, 4th of July, and Memorial Day. We also close down the restaurant on Superbowl Sunday, when we throw the best company party in the Southeast (arguably anywhere)!
