We’re hiring for the following roles:
Front of House: Shift Supervisor, Server, Bartender, Food Runner
Back of House: Taquero/a

Responsibilities include:
Leadership & Team Support
- Motivate and inspire the FOH team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead by example by maintaining an active presence on the floor during service.
- Provide real-time coaching and support, helping team members perform at their best.
- Support management in executing training programs and ensuring they are followed thoroughly and consistently.
- Observe and communicate violations of policies, procedures, or performance expectations to management to ensure consistent corrective actions.
- Uphold Tacombi’s service culture and ensure all Steps of Service are followed.
- Greet every guest warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide a fond farewell.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared workstations before and during service.
- Support staff in preparing the dining room according to Tacombi’s side work checklist.
- Monitor FOH operations throughout the shift to ensure smooth service flow, cleanliness, and readiness.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, alcohol service laws, Department of Health regulations, and Tacombi hospitality standards.
- Serve as an ambassador of the Tacombi brand, creating a positive impact on guests, team members, and the community.
- Share deep knowledge of the Tacombi mission, brand values, cultural hospitality standards, and menu offerings.
- Resolve guest concerns with urgency, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct at all times.
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Natural leadership abilities with a positive, supportive approach.
- Ability to teach others, take direction, and embrace continuous learning.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English/Spanish bilingual capabilities is a plus)
- Proficiency with Toast or other POS systems, plus Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
Physical expectations of the position include:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead as needed.
- Comfortable working in environments with heat, humidity, cold storage, and exposure to common allergens, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to supervise food quality, safety, and handle kitchen tools, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($24.00)
