We’re looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and continue our tradition of excellence.


Position Overview: The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring that our team delivers an elevated service while achieving profitability and operational excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire, motivate, and manage our team while maintaining the restaurant's high standards.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and inspire our team of passionate individuals, and ensure excellent service and operational efficiency. - Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting. - Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Collaborate with the chef’s team to evolve menu offerings and maintain high-quality standards. - Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet or exceed profitability goals. - Create a positive work environment that fosters team collaboration, growth, and high morale. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. - Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to ensure service quality.

Qualifications:  Proven experience as General Manager or in a similar managerial. - Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, customer service, and financial oversight. - Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Familiarity with restaurant POS (Toast), Restaurant 365  backend systems, and Opentable. - Food safety certification is a plus.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $120,000.00)
