Overview: Mamajuana Cafe Restaurant and Lounge, a vibrant and dynamic venue known for its innovative cocktails and lively atmosphere, is seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Create and develop unique and innovative cocktail recipes that reflect Mamajuana Cafe's brand and concept.
2. Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to guests with precision and flair.
3. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and glassware.
4. Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and educate them about our cocktail offerings.
5. Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
6. Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
7. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and techniques to continually enhance our cocktail menu.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and mixology techniques.
• Creative flair and ability to develop signature cocktails that resonate with guests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• TIPS or similar certification for responsible alcohol service is preferred.
