A high-volume, high-profile upscale restaurant in Los Angeles is seeking a strong, culture-driven General Manager to lead from the front and own the room.
This is not an office role. We’re looking for a visible, hands-on leader who sets the tone on the floor, protects the guest experience, and builds a crew that moves with energy, pride, and accountability. You understand that exceptional hospitality starts behind the scenes — with hiring the right people, developing leaders, and creating a team culture people want to be part of.
You will oversee full front- and back-of-house operations, maintain financial performance (P&L, labor, and cost controls), drive high-volume service standards, and ensure the operation stays sharp, clean, and systems-driven.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, proven success as a General Manager in a high-volume upscale or chef-driven environment, strong financial acumen, and a reputation for building strong teams.
