An acclaimed, high-volume Middle Eastern concept with a strong track record outside of California is making its Los Angeles debut. This is not just another opening — it’s the launch of a brand with proven success, clear systems, and ambitious growth plans. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help open and lead our first California location.
We know exactly what it takes to succeed under our roof. This role is designed for a very specific profile, and we are currently hiring locally within California — relocation is not being offered at this time.
We’re looking for a leader with demonstrated longevity and upward growth — at least two years with each of your last three (or more) employers, along with clear advancement within the same organization. You are humble, hands-on, and never above any task. You lead from the floor, communicate with respect, and hold yourself and your team to high standards of integrity and professionalism.
This is a high-volume, upscale environment that demands operational precision. You must have strong experience with restaurant financials, labor management, P&Ls, and both front- and back-of-house systems. Consistency, hospitality, and execution are non-negotiable. We value leaders who build teams — mentoring and developing managers, supervisors, and hourly staff while maintaining a clean, organized, and highly efficient operation.
Training is extensive and immersive. You will spend approximately 2+ months training in one of our established restaurants outside of California to fully learn our systems, standards, and service model. Travel and housing will be provided. Full commitment to this out-of-state training is mandatory.
Compensation:
Base salary up to $100,000 DOE.
