JF Restaurants is looking for an experienced Overnight In-Room Dining Server at the Wall Street Hotel. The Overnight In-Room Dining Server will serve guest during their stay at the Wall St. Hotel. This person will ensure In-Room Dining services run smoothly, while upholding the quality of food and beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Receive guests' orders, deliver and collect food and beverages from guest rooms.
- Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items with knowledge of all ingredients and preparations.
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guests’ rooms while upholding company standards.
- Consistently follow steps of service with efficiency and grace, while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service.
- Maintain accurate set up and delivery of all food and beverage orders according to company standards and procedures.
- Anticipate guest needs, ensuring constant communication with colleagues, management, and the kitchen at all times during service.
- Respond to guest needs, questions and issues in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service.
- All other responsibilities assigned by Management.
