Bar Chinois National Landing is seeking hospitality-driven Servers to join our team. We are recognized for our constantly-evolving Chinese menu and French-inspired cocktail and wine program. Recent accolades include being listed in the Michelin Dining Guide USA, the Washington Post Fall Dining Guide, Modern Luxury DC Best of the City and 2024 RAMMY Award Winner for Best Bar in DC.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, intuitive service from greet to farewell

• Guide guests through food, sake, wine, and cocktail selections

• Maintain strong menu knowledge and attention to detail

• Work collaboratively with the bar and kitchen to ensure seamless service

• Uphold Bar Chinois' standards of professionalism and hospitality

What We’re Looking For

• Prior full-service restaurant experience preferred

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Positive, team-first mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Interest in Chinese cuisine and French beverage programs are a plus
