Head Line Cook (Kitchen Leader)
We are seeking a Head Line Cook who not only executes at a high level but takes ownership of the systems that make the kitchen run—inventory, training, scheduling, and standards.
This position is for a professional who understands that great kitchens are not built on talent alone—they are built on discipline, preparation, and leadership.
You will be responsible for protecting the integrity, efficiency, and readiness of the line at all times.
Core Responsibilities Service Execution & Line Leadership

Lead the kithen line with speed, precision, and consistency during all services

Ensure every dish meets recipe, quality, and presentation standards

Maintain full station readiness—proper prep, pars, and organization
- Anticipate service demands and stay ahead of volume
- Attend Weekly Manager's Meeting and Mandatory Monthly All Staff Meetings
Inventory & Product Control

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels

Conduct regular inventory counts

Communicate ordering needs to prevent shortages or overstock

Protect against waste, over-portioning, and product loss
Scheduling & Operational Support

Assist in building and managing kitchen schedules

Ensure proper staffing levels for expected volume

Support labor efficiency and operational discipline
Training & Team Development

Train new line cooks on station setup, execution, and standards

Reinforce systems, procedures, and expectations daily

Set the tone for professionalism, urgency, and accountability

Ensure consistency across all team members
Kitchen Organization & Standards

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times

Enforce food safety and health department standards

Protect the structure and flow of the kitchen
Qualifications

3+ years experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen
- MUST have Food Handler's Certificate

Proven leadership ability on the line

Experience with inventory management and kitchen organization

Strong sense of urgency and accountability

Professional, dependable, and disciplined

Ability to train and lead others effectively
