BRESCA, our Michelin-starred restaurant in Washington, DC, rooted in timeless American-Cuisine, is seeking a driven and hospitality-focused General Manager to lead the front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering refined yet approachable service. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, setting the tone on the floor while ensuring excellence in service standards, guest experience, and team performance. This individual will play a key role in financial oversight - including labor management, cost controls, and P&L accountability - while collaborating closely with the culinary and beverage teams to drive a cohesive and elevated guest experience.
The ideal candidate brings multiple years of experience working in, or managing within, Michelin-rated restaurants and understands the precision, consistency, and leadership required to operate at the highest level.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Proven experience in Michelin-rated or equivalent high-level restaurants

Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, service-driven approach

Deep understanding of hospitality, guest engagement, and service standards

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($95,000.00 - $100,000.00)
