Victor’s Café is a long-standing, family-owned Cuban restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, known for warm hospitality, live music, and a fast-paced dining room. We’re looking for a Food Runner who is dependable, energetic, and eager to support the entire front-of-house team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn service flow, build restaurant skills, and grow within a professional dining room.
Responsibilities

Run food from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately

Support servers to maintain smooth service flow

Assist with bussing tables, resetting, and maintaining the dining room

Serve coffee, water, and assist with guest needs as directed

Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Learn menu items, table numbers, and service standards

Complete side work and support closing duties as needed
Qualifications

Restaurant or hospitality experience

Ability to move quickly and stay organized during busy service

Strong work ethic and team-first attitude

Dependable, punctual, and coachable

Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

NYC restaurant experience a plus

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00) plus tips
