Who You Are

• You’re the kind of person who’d rather be on the floor during service than anywhere else — connecting with guests, reading the room, and making magic happen in real time
• You geek out over global wine regions, varietals, producers, and styles, and you love sharing that knowledge in a way that feels welcoming, not lecture-y
• You get just as excited about building a cocktail or spirits program as you do about analyzing pour cost and margins
• You’re a natural teacher who enjoys developing teams, coaching staff, and creating a culture where curiosity and hospitality thrive
• You’ve spent at least 4 years leading teams in a restaurant management or supervisory role and know how to balance standards with approachability
• Beverage certifications or hospitality education are great, but real-world expertise, strong instincts, and a passion for the craft matter just as much

Offering tastes of contemporary London just steps from the leafy, lively sanctuary of Madison Square Park. A 90-seat gastronomic gem, the restaurant comprises three intimate dining rooms, a dedicated billiards room and a lively bar made up entirely of 24k gold leaf, each individual space exuding its own personality.
