The Tiburon Peninsula Club is building a culinary program rooted in standards, accountability, and care. Our members trust us to deliver excellence, every plate, every service, every day.
We are looking for a Line Cook who takes that responsibility seriously.
What This Role Requires
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Line Cook
• Experience in a private club, hotel, or high-volume restaurant strongly preferred
• Strong knife skills and clean, organized work habits
• Ability to execute consistently under pressure
• Reliability, professionalism, and respect for the kitchen
This is not an entry-level position. This is a role for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way—even when no one is watching.
Schedule:
One of the following shifts:
• 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Must be available:
• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Holidays
What You’ll Do:
• Execute dishes with precision and consistency
• Maintain a clean and disciplined station
• Support service, prep, and club events
• Contribute to a kitchen culture built on respect and professionalism
