Claudette is a polished French brasserie on lower Fifth Avenue, inspired by the countryside charm of Lourmarin. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and refined approach to French cuisine, Claudette has long been a favorite gathering place for the neighborhood and visitors alike.
After closing in August 2024 to complete essential building repairs, Claudette is reopening in June with renewed energy, a refreshed space, and a continued commitment to warm hospitality and exceptional dining.
We’re seeking experienced and passionate Front of House Managers to lead the reopening and guide the restaurant into its next chapter. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, hands-on leader who excels at building strong teams, cultivating guest relationships, and upholding operational and service excellence. A deep appreciation for French food and wine is a plus, but curiosity, collaboration, and consistency matter most.

Compensation: Salary $72,000- $82,500
