We are looking for a steady, professional Sous Chef who takes pride in running a disciplined kitchen and helping a small team succeed.

This role is ideal for an experienced cook who enjoys being a strong #2 in a well-run kitchen, working closely with ownership and leadership to maintain high standards every day.

The Role

As Sous Chef, you will work directly with the Owner and Executive Chef to maintain standards, support the team, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will:

• Lead service with calm authority
• Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
• Train and mentor cooks through example and clear communication
• Support seasonal menu development
• Maintain disciplined prep systems and kitchen organization
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and food cost management
• Uphold excellent sanitation and food safety practices

• An experienced line cook or sous chef with strong service leadership
• Calm, focused, and professional during busy service
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Someone who leads by example and takes pride in clean kitchens and well-run stations
• A team-oriented leader who enjoys helping younger cooks improve

This is not a corporate management role — it is a hands-on leadership position in a working kitchen.
