The award-winning Knightsbridge Restaurant Group which is owned and operated by a James Beard nominated restaurateur is currently conducting a search for a talented Pasta Line Cook to work at our newest Italian concept, Rosselli. The selected candidate must have a solid grasp on Italian Cuisine with a true sense of craft. Candidate must have experience working in fine dining restaurants as a sous chef/executive sous chef. In this role, you will be working with a critically acclaimed Michelin Star Executive Chef.
The Pasta Line Cook is responsible for the production and organization of their stations. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, maintaining their stations including the production of pasta, rotation and usage of the products and produces and professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. The Pasta Cook reports to the Executive Chef.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $25.00)
