Lolo Wine Bar is looking for a Sous Chef
We are seeking a dedicated team member who is ready to push their creativity, and manage small team
Currently open 6 nights per week.
Job Overview
- Support upper management with Lolo AM/PM line duties and act as the lead under chef
- Ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and presentation standards
- Assist in overseeing inventory, purchasing, and food cost management
- Manage staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met
- Ensure compliance with food handler and sanitation standards
- Maintain full knowledge of and compliance with all departmental policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Support the Chef in training, mentoring, developing, and managing the kitchen staff
- Supervise and coordinate all related culinary activities
Qualifications
- 2 years experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
