Lucky Duck, the newest addition to the Delaware Waterfront opening March 2026, is looking to fill Support Staff positions!
Lucky Duck is a Riverside Tavern reimagined — focusing on great cocktails, Guinness pours and modern Americana fare with warm and comforting aesthetics and upbeat tunes. Lucky Duck will be the first bar on the waterfront open year-round.
Support staff play a critical role in keeping service running smoothly. This position will primarily support hourly front-of-house staff, with responsibilities including bar backing and food running as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
• Supporting bartenders and servers during service
• Bar backing (restocking, ice, glassware, cleanliness)
• Food running when necessary
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Anticipating team needs during high-volume shifts
Requirements:
• Prior restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
• Strong sense of urgency and teamwork
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
