Our restaurant prides itself on offering a warm, upscale ambiance with a deep commitment to culinary excellence and personalized guest experiences. As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. 

Responsibilities: 
We are seeking a professional and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in fine dining, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality. You will manage staff, maintain high service standards, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently while providing guests with an extraordinary experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, train, and mentor the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders. 
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 
  • Maintain and enforce high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. 
  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs to meet operational goals. 
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service. 
  • Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. 
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of front-of-house supplies and ensure optimal stock levels. 
  • Drive revenue and guest satisfaction through exceptional service and upselling strategies. 
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in fine dining or high-end hospitality. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Knowledge of POS systems (Toast preferred) and restaurant operations. 
  • Professional appearance and polished demeanor. 
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. 
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Job Type: Full-time 

Schedule: 

  • Evenings as needed 
  • Weekends and holidays as required 

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $100,000.00)
