Assistant Kitchen Manager

Rosati’s Pizza – Manhattan, NY (New Location Opening Soon)

Rosati’s Pizza is opening a new location in Manhattan and is seeking a motivated, hands-on Assistant General Manager / Kitchen Manager to help lead operations from day one.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced restaurant environments and wants to grow with an established brand.

Training Requirement

Selected candidates must be available for 5 weeks of paid training at:

• Rosati’s Chicago-area locations

• Corporate Headquarters

All training expenses and compensation will be provided.

Operations & Leadership

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations

• Manage staff

• Lead shifts and ensure smooth service
• Oversee kitchen operations and food quality

  • Ensure recipes and portion standards are followed

  • Maintain speed, cleanliness, and consistency

  • Manage food prep, inventory, and ordering

• 2+ years restaurant management or kitchen leadership experience (pizza/fast-casual preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage teams and multitask

• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays

• Willing and able to complete 5 weeks of paid training in Chicago

• NYC Food Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
