Job Details
We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team as we expand our business.
【Key Responsibilities】
* Team Management: Hiring, training, and scheduling BOH staff.
* Quality Control: Ensure food quality and consistency.
* Inventory & Costs: Manage food/labor costs and vendor relationships.
* Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean kitchen and ensure health department standards.
【Qualifications】
* Experience: 3+ years of kitchen management experience in restaurants.
* Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Certification: Valid Food Protection Certificate.
* Passion: Passion for Ramen and Japanese hospitality is a plus.
