Role Overview
As Sous Chef, you’ll be an essential kitchen leader, working closely with the Executive Chef to maintain Bar Bianchi’s culinary standards. You’ll ensure consistent execution of menu items, support daily operations, and mentor a team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You’ll Do
Kitchen Leadership & Execution

Assist in managing daily kitchen operations from prep through service.

Team Development & Communication

Quality & Safety

Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of culinary experience in professional kitchens, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
