Boka Restaurant Group was founded by Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm in 2003 and has become one of the premier chef-driven restaurant groups in the country. Anchored by partnerships with some of America's greatest chefs--Stephanie Izard, Giuseppe Tentori, Chris Pandel, Lee Wolen, and Gene Kato--BRG has over 22 entities (and more forthcoming!) each of them crafted individually and conceptually unique.
Over the past 20 years, Boka Restaurant has become one of Chicago's most beloved restaurants. Chef Lee Wolen's seasonal American food is framed by Simeone Deary's timeless design located in the heart of Lincoln Park. Boka originally opened in 2003 and was the first Boka Restaurant Group property for owners Kevin Boehm and Rob Katz. The restaurant became the foundation for the company: An alchemy of great design, warm hospitality, and amazing Chefs. The restaurant's rich history includes 13 consecutive Michelin Stars.
This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to the art of hospitality and is seeking to become a member of a hard-working team!
Qualified candidates must be energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and dedicated to providing genuine hospitality.
- at least 1 year of experience in a fine dining restaurant
- MUST have OpenTable experience

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $22.00)
