Victor’s Café, a celebrated Cuban fine dining restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a family-owned restaurant known for its warm hospitality, vibrant cuisine, and newly renovated dining space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling front-of-house staff
- Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure team alignment on service standards
- Monitor floor activity and step in to resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Collaborate with the Management Team on team performance, inventory, and cost control
- Assist Chef with administrative work
- Foster a positive work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and hospitality
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $75,000.00)
