Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, ensuring thoughtful pacing, elevated service, and meaningful guest engagement
- Lead the floor during service, anticipating needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
- Train, coach, and support service teams to deliver hospitality that reflects L’Avenue’s luxury standards
- Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and shift execution to balance service quality with operational efficiency
- Partner with the General Manager on service strategy, operational planning, and ongoing process improvement
- Ensure adherence to health department regulations, food safety protocols, and company policies
- Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to maintain harmony between front‑ and back‑of‑house teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and internal partners through consistent communication and execution
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading front‑of‑house teams in a high‑volume, guest‑facing environment
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, and labor management
- Skilled communicator who brings a calm, polished presence to the floor
- Ability to coach teams and foster a positive, inclusive service culture
- Commitment to hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Approximately 5+ years of food service leadership with a strong service focus
- Familiarity with luxury or fine‑dining environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
