Ellie Bird is a chef-driven, upcale casual concept from the Michelin-starred team behind Rooster & Owl. This recently expanded space in the heart of Falls Church is currently open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday, with brunch Saturday and Sunday. Weekend/brunch availability is preferred, especially Sunday.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips

We opened our first restaurant, Rooster & Owl, in 2019; just over a year later, the pandemic changed everything. We had to reimagine our cuisine and our service for a new normal. From this pivot emerged the beginnings of what would become Ellie Bird: a contemporary, casual, chef-driven restaurant.
That year, we also welcomed a new member to our family: Ellie joined us in late 2020. Her kind, patient personality inspired us to name this new concept in her honor, a tribute to how Ellie Bird will be like the “little sister” of our seminal restaurant, Rooster & Owl. Plus, we love a good bird pun.
