Nancy Silverton's (1 Michelin Star) Osteria Mozza is now seeking a talented Backwaiter to join our team!

Preferred Experience: 3+ years in the hospitality industry, preferably fine dining
Hours: We typically offer 4 shifts about 7 hours each. Weekend availability as early as 3pm required
Requirements:
- Be able to interact with upscale clientele and provide above and beyond guest experience
- Work in a team environment with other top-level restaurant professionals
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide what is necessary before being asked
- Learn detailed food knowledge and Italian pronunciation for specialty items
- Strong desire to grow and learn
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.87) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $700.00
