Position: Floor Manager – Fine Dining / Hospitality
Location: AABA Lounges, Terminal 8 – JFK Airport, NYC
We are hiring a Floor Manager with a fine-dining background to lead daily service across our airport lounges. This role requires strong floor presence, disciplined service standards, and genuine respect for hospitality as a craft.

Each lounge is designed to feel polished but approachable, balancing precision, comfort, and consistency in a fast-paced setting.
Core Purpose
Own the guest experience on the floor. Set the tone for service, pace, and professionalism. Lead by visibility and action.
Key Responsibilities
- Command the floor during service periods; anticipate issues before they surface
- Uphold fine-dining service standards in a high-volume airport environment
- Coach, correct, and elevate front-of-house staff in real time
- Ensure consistency in guest interaction, table maintenance, timing, and recovery
- Coordinate closely with bar and kitchen teams to maintain flow
- Act as the primary service lead during shifts, including peak travel hours
- Enforce cleanliness, presentation, and service discipline across the lounge
Required Background
- Fine dining or high-end hospitality experience
- Proven floor management experience with strong service instincts
- Clear authority on the floor without aggression or ego
- High emotional intelligence with guests and staff
- Ability to operate under pressure and sustained volume
