Food Runner

Beefbar is seeking an energetic and attentive Food Runner to ensure seamless service in our upscale steakhouse. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent memory, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining our high standards of presentation and service.

• Deliver food from the kitchen to tables accurately and efficiently
• Ensure proper food presentation before serving
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Support servers by refilling water, clearing plates, and attending to guest needs
• Communicate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Understand and articulate menu items, including specials and preparations
• Assist in side work duties as assigned
• Maintain knowledge of table numbers and station layout

• Previous experience as a food runner in a fine dining setting preferred
• Excellent memory and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays
• Professional appearance and impeccable personal hygiene
• Basic knowledge of food service etiquette
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
