Server

Seeking a part time and coverage server. Must have availability at least 3-4 days a week. Exact schedule TBD as we reorganize our floor schedule. 

We are a full service bar and restaurant with a full lunch/dinner menu, over 50 unique draft beers, 40 bottles and cans, several wines, and a full back bar of liquor. There are a total of 45 tables onsite, 4 of which are bar service tables except when a party books and requests a server. 

Job Duties 
Taking orders and overseeing 8-10 tables at any given time
Completion of all side work and required shift paperwork 
Assisting hostess and management with reservation setup and seating when called for
Set up and break down of tables as needed; there are bussers on staff for busier shifts but servers are expected to bus tables on slower shifts

Job Qualifications
2+ years serving in a fast paced setting required
Serving in an Irish/American concept preferred
Moderate beer, cocktail, and liquor knowledge required
Basic wine and food pairing knowledge required 
Minimum B2 Level (Upper Intermediate) English - Must be able to hold a full conversation in English without needing a translator
Excellent communication and teamwork skills required
