Now Hiring: Garde Manger (Garmo) Cook
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Garde Manger cook to join our kitchen team. This position requires strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and pride in keeping a clean, organized station. Experience with desserts is required.
Responsibilities:-
Work the salad and cold station with consistency and precision
-
Dice, slice, julienne, and mince onions and other vegetables
-
Prep sauces, dressings, and cold components
-
Prepare and plate desserts according to house standards
-
Operate a fryer for fried garnishes and station needs
-
Maintain a clean and organized station at all times
-
Follow all Health Department and food safety standards
-
Assist with general prep during downtime
-
3+ years of professional kitchen experience (Garde Manger preferred)
-
Strong knife skills
-
Experience using a fryer safely and efficiently

Experience preparing desserts
-
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
-
No bad habits — we need someone dependable and focused

Ability to work clean and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen

Mantener la estación limpia y organizada en todo momento

Cumplir con los estándares del Departamento de Salud y seguridad alimentaria

Apoyar con trabajos de preparación durante tiempos muertos

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia profesional en cocina (preferible en Garde Manger)

Buen manejo del cuchillo

Experiencia usando freidora de forma segura

Experiencia en preparación de postres

Persona puntual, responsable y constante
-
Sin malos hábitos — buscamos a alguien confiable

Capacidad para trabajar limpio y organizado en un ambiente rápido

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00)
