Job Details
We are looking for a server with availability to work 2-4 shifts per week. Barista experience is a plus, but we also provide full coffee training through our Coffee partner: Devoción.
All servers will be paid an hourly base wage (starting at $11.35/hr) plus tips. Tips are pooled and our servers average between $30 and $40 per hour average per pay period.
Ideal candidates possess:
*Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume environment.
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player.
*A warm and gracious outlook, the ability to create stellar guest experiences.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*A can-do attitude, not afraid to get their hands dirty.
*TIPs Certification and NYDOH Food Handlers a plus.
