Maxime’s is the newest private member’s club from entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.
We are seeking a talented Cellar Administrator to join our world-class hospitality brigade. Reporting to the Beverage Director, the Cellar Administrator will be responsible for receiving and organizing of all wine throughout the club's various spaces. They will work in a collaboration with the Beverage Director, and other beverage and service team members to ensure high standard of service.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven success working within fine dining, Michelin-starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
- Previous Sommelier or Head (chef, lead, etc.) Sommelier experience required in an elevated wine program, preferably in New York City.
- Current NYC Food Protection Certificate (or ability to attain certification upon hire).
- Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Cellar Inventory tracking and BTG par ordering.
- Member wine tracking & member wine pulls for service, with assistance from reservations team.
- Tevalis POS Maintenance for beverage.
- Tevalis Purchase Order creation and Invoice processing.
- Point of contact for events.
- Overseeing seamless transition of wines from cellar to floor with the assistance of the Assistant Wine Director.
