Golden HOF is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help drive a seamless, guest-focused service experience. This role is responsible for working with the management team on daily floor operations, team development, service standards, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and hands-on leader.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a concept-driven, high-volume restaurant that frequently hosts private events (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Previous experience in managing a team, and implementing FOH and HR systems, strongly preferred.
- High interest and understanding of Asian and Korean cuisine, beverages, and culture.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
Job Expectations
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant service and FOH team.
- Assist in staff management, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Help implement effective FOH systems and protocols.
- Exemplify good hospitality; guide and motivate our team in creating an exceptional guest experience.
- Help manage restaurant operations emails.
- Maintain a safe and healthy facility by following and enforcing Department of Health and other regulations and restaurant standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $75,000-$85,000 (depending on experience) + bonus potential.
