Five months in, and our New York City location is already one of the hardest reservations in the country—fully booked 14 days in advance, even in February. While many restaurants slow down after the holidays, our dining room remains electric, nightly.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, fine dining or Michelin-level environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Deep understanding of service steps, pacing, etiquette, hospitality philosophy, and an unwavering commitment to guest service
• Highly organized, with a proven ability to work under pressure, stay composed during service, and solve problems with tact
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Able to understand and respond in English

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Experience working in a new restaurant
• Multilingual (especially French, Italian, Spanish, Hindi, or Bengali)

Compensation Details

• Training wage: $17.00/hour (paid training)
• Post-training tipped wage: $11.35/hour
  (based on $17.00 – $5.65 tip credit)
