We specialize in premium cocktails with a strong focus on aperitivo-style drinks, martinis, spritzes, and elevated classics. The beverage program is supported by an elevated food offering that includes a raw bar and refined bar snacks.
Host Responsibilities- Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and ease
- Serve as the first point of contact and tone-setter for the entire Ms. Alice experience
- Manage & map out reservations and walk-ins with composure, clarity, and charm
- Read the room and help guide the flow of service throughout the night
- Communicate seamlessly with the bar, floor, and management teams
- Maintain a polished and inviting entrance at all times
- Support management and service staff during peak periods as needed
- Social, confident and radiant—you should thrive in very social/busy settings
- You love being visible and setting the tone—welcoming guests feels natural, not performative
- Charismatic and warm, with the ability to draw people in within seconds
- Ability to work calmly and upbeat while under pressure
- Previous hosting or front-of-house experience preferred
- Familiarity with Resy and restaurant operations is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- The ability to stand or walk for long periods
- The ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00) plus tips
