Parched Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Server to join our team at Ms. Alice in the LES. We specialize in premium cocktails with a strong focus on aperitivo-style drinks, martinis, spritzes, and elevated classics. The beverage program is supported by an elevated food offering that includes a raw bar and refined bar snacks. 

• Deliver polished, intuitive food and beverage service
• Anticipate guest needs without interrupting conversation
• Guide guests through the cocktail and food menu with confidence
• Create genuine connections and foster a social atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail on the floor
• Confident and correct use of POS system for order entry and payment processing
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, and management

• Warm, radiant, and naturally hospitable
• Calm, composed, and attentive under pressure
• Social and connective—comfortable engaging with guests
• Observant and detail-driven

• 2–3 years experience in an elevated bar or restaurant
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Ability to multitask while maintaining composure and grace
• Ability to deliver food and drinks to guests quickly and correctly
• The ability to stand or walk for long periods
• The ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
