We specialize in premium cocktails with a strong focus on aperitivo-style drinks, martinis, spritzes, and elevated classics. The beverage program is supported by an elevated food offering that includes a raw bar and refined bar snacks.
Bartender Responsibilities
- Craft and serve cocktails with precision, speed, and consistency
- Engage guests with confidence, warmth, and personality
- Act as a social connector—between guests and across the bar
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished bar at all times
- Confident and correct use of POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Execute service calmly and efficiently during high-volume periods
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and guide guests through the menu
- Ability to multi-task and manage various responsibilities; including but not limited to preparing garnishes, syrups, batching cocktails, mixing cocktails, serving beverages, taking orders and supporting the service floor when needed

Experience & Skills
- 2–3 years experience in an elevated cocktail bar
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and technique
- Ability to work quickly and cleanly in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to stand or walk for long periods
- The ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
