Job Details
Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to manage and execute dishes at our Brûlée Station. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, hardworking, and experienced in high-volume kitchen environments. This role requires precision, consistency, and a commitment to food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute Brûlée dishes and other assigned menu items according to recipes and presentation standards

  • Properly torch and finish Brûlée items with attention to consistency and quality

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with ServSafe standards

  • Assist with prep work, inventory control, and station setup/breakdown

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations

  • Uphold company standards for food quality, safety, and professionalism

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a professional kitchen

  • ServSafe Certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

  • Dependable, hardworking, and committed to excellence

  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable working near open flame and hot surfaces

Compensation: Hourly ($21.00)
