Role Expectations

Strong wine knowledge and genuine passion for wine are essential; wine sales are a major part of the role

Solid food knowledge and engagement with the menu are important

Experience with Resy required, including managing reservations, pacing, walk-ins, and guest notes

Coffee experience required, including comfort operating an espresso machine

Strong organizational skills expected; we value candidates who actively improve systems, not just maintain them

Support the GM with operational and administrative tasks during slower periods
Operational Support May Include

Wine cellar organization and inventory

Station organization and maintenance

Menu printing and updates

Maintaining overall cleanliness and readiness of the space
