We’re looking for a polished, hospitality-driven professional who is energized by creating meaningful experiences and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in its people, service, and culture. At The Chicago Club, our values guide everything we do—caring for one another, doing the right thing, never settling, leading by example, and enjoying the work along the way.
The Chicago Club is seeking a personable, confident, and experienced Library Bartender to deliver exceptional, highly personalized service to our members and their guests. This role is entrusted with our exclusive, members-only Library—an intimate setting where attention to detail, discretion, and genuine connection define the experience.
As Library Bartender, you will craft elevated cocktails, anticipate member preferences, and create a warm, memorable atmosphere that reflects the standards of a distinguished private club. You’ll play a key role in shaping moments that members look forward to—where service feels thoughtful, refined, and effortlessly welcoming.
This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who:
-
Thrives in an environment where relationships and service excellence matter
-
Takes pride in professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail
-
Enjoys curating bespoke experiences and continues to innovate while maintaining our service standards
If you’re passionate about hospitality and motivated to create experiences that members remember and return for, we’d love to meet you.
