The Host is the first and last impression of 333 Belrose Bar & Grill. This role sets the tone for the guest experience by delivering a warm, polished, and professional welcome. The Host manages guest flow with precision, ensures seamless seating coordination, and supports overall front-of-house operations to create an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
A successful Host demonstrates strong hospitality instincts, composure under pressure, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Greet every guest promptly with a genuine smile and welcoming presence.

Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists to ensure efficient and strategic seating.

Accurately quote and monitor wait times while keeping guests informed.

Coordinate closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to balance sections and maintain steady service flow.

Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and accommodate special seating requests when possible.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing host stand and lobby area.

Monitor table turnover and dining room pacing to optimize seating efficiency.

Provide accurate information regarding menu offerings, specials, promotions, and restaurant policies.

Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when appropriate.

Assist with coat check, special events, large parties, and VIP accommodations as needed.

Uphold Belrose standards of hospitality, appearance, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-volume situations.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with reservation and POS systems is a plus.
